Returns
Returns not acceptable upon the electronic and electrical equipment, until with a valid reason and proofs of videos ( it may be using power issues or wrong usage).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We don't accept - Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Usually, refunds take min 6 days to max 20 days as we need to check the entire order case is real or fake once upon the approval, its a genuine refund request then the only refund will be done
Other State order refund we usually take 15days to 25 days
Refunds will be Credited back to Wallet in case of refund/server issues.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Note: Refunds will happen to the same bank account from which, the order was paid by the user.
Gpay, UPI, Phonepe, PAYTM paid orders, if they need refund they need to send their account details of the same name related bank account number to care@fisheshop.com or fisheshoponline@gmail.com
for both email id we will verify and process in 10 days.
In case of the orders which are paid, even after our intimation over the checkout page those orders will be refunded after 15days at a 4% deduction ( because we are informing the customer at checkout page shipping possibility, even though if the customer does the transaction we are not responsible for that ) Please check with the care team regarding non-shipping Pincode zones

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@fisheshop.com and send your item to the address shared via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refund Policy
- You can cancel the order before your order gets shipped.
- We can cancel the orders with or without prior information to customer, due to damage of products , natural disaster examples are floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, tsunamis, and other geologic processes.
- We have right to cancel any order if the issue is with payment policies and shipping policy.
- We can cancel the order if we are not able to serve the location/area/ pincode , please check with customer care team regarding delivery -before placing order.
- Any Non- Payment upon orders will be auto cancelled.
- Few pincodes are Not serviceable under our logistics ,with with the orders are get cancelled or requested for delay delivery
- unserviceable or non transportation area based orders can't be shipped, please contact customer for alternate options.
- We can cancel the prepaid order also with out without info as per the stock availability and do refund.
- We take more time for some orders,its all depends on the stock availability,if you can't wait you can ask us to cancel the order.
- Once order is shipped, after shipment if customer cancelled that will not be accepted as cancellation, the amount will not be refunded.
- Incase of the delivery time if customer is not avaiable for collecting later changed to cancel and refund the paid amount is not accepted by us and cant be refunded
